These Terms of Use (End User Licence Agreement) govern your use of the Vityss app. By downloading or using Vityss, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Not a medical device

Vityss provides wellness and lifestyle insights only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Its scores and suggestions are informational and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health, and seek immediate care for any urgent symptoms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Vityss on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (or your region's equivalent Apple Media Services Terms).

Subscriptions (Vityss Pro)

Vityss offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called Vityss Pro.

  • Title: Vityss Pro (Monthly) and Vityss Pro (Annual).
  • Length: Monthly renews every 1 month; Annual renews every 1 year.
  • Price: Shown in the app and on the App Store product page for your region before you purchase. Prices may vary by country and currency.
  • Free trial: Where eligible, the Annual plan may include a free trial (for example 7 days). Details are shown in the purchase sheet before you confirm.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms. We never receive your payment card details.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no use that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

Vityss, its name, design and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Vityss is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding twelve months (or the minimum amount required by applicable law).

Privacy

Your use of Vityss is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material updates will refresh the "last updated" date on this page.
